If the payment has been made, please refer to the refund process outlined in this policy. All digital products once have been downloaded cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refund Costs

  • For Change of Mind: We cannot accept refund request for this reason.

  • Defective Files: If the product file you downloaded is defective or cannot be opened in your device, contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement file via email or via a downloadable link.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product file, contact us, and we will send the correct product file to you via email or via a downloadable link.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before the payment is made and before the product files are sent to your email address. If the files are downloaded, the refund process applies.
  • Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges unless the product file is defective. Please refer to refund process outlined in the policy for more information.

Refund Timelines and Processing

  2. Inspection: Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days.
